POSITION: Marketing Manager – K-Beauty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute sales and marketing initiatives for our K-Beauty product lines. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for K-Beauty trends, expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies, and a proven ability to drive growth and brand awareness. This role is integral in shaping the voice and positioning of EBIN NEW YORK in the competitive beauty market.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth for K-Beauty product lines across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product launches.


Digital Marketing

  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
  • Manage and analyze digital ad performance to ensure ROI and budget alignment.
  • Leverage social platforms and online communities to build brand awareness and engagement.


Brand Development

  • Maintain and enhance the brand identity for K-Beauty products, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets, including photography, videos, and graphic designs.
  • Drive storytelling initiatives that reflect EBIN’s commitment to innovation and quality.


Event Management

  • Plan and execute trade shows, product demonstrations, and other in-person events to increase brand exposure.
  • Build relationships with retail partners to co-host promotional events and campaigns.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs and ROI.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or K-Beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of K-Beauty trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, analytics tools).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with multicultural or global beauty brands.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creative design.
  • Proficiency in Korean or another language is a plus but not required.
