What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager at Mondo, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and

building your own success. This is a sales-focused role where you will:

  • Net New Business Development and Client Retention: Identify new clients through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Also leverage existing relationships and referrals to grow your book of business.
  • Customer Interaction: Meet and engage with prospective and current clients to understand their needs, tailor solutions, and build lasting partnerships.
  • Team Collaboration: Participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies. Mondo is a fast-paced environment, demonstrating urgency and a hands-on approach.
  • Execution and Strategy: Hitting and exceeding daily or weekly meeting goals and prioritizing tasks to focus on high-value opportunities...this is a results driven role!


This role requires grit, urgency, and a hands-on approach to achieving measurable outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary plus uncapped commission & bonus incentives.
