About the Divisions
- Executive Search Division
- Focuses on sourcing and placing high-level healthcare executives (C-suite, VP, and Director roles) with organizations in need of strategic leadership.
- Ideal for professionals who thrive on building relationships with senior-level candidates and partnering with organizations to achieve their vision.
- Provider Search Division
- Specializes in recruiting physicians and advanced practice providers to fill critical roles in healthcare organizations.
- Perfect for recruiters with a passion for the clinical side of healthcare and a commitment to ensuring organizations have access to the best providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment :
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier healthcare talent across executive or provider roles.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate screening to offer negotiation and placement.
- Market Expertise :
- Stay informed about trends and regulations in healthcare and medical staffing to provide strategic recruitment insights.
- Strategic Planning :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies specific to the Executive or Provider Search divisions.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience : 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare staffing, executive search, or provider recruitment.
- Skills & Attributes :
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and relationship building.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
