Our client, a fast growing retailer, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to work on-site Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) in their Boca Raton Offices.

You will be a strategic thought partner to the business, and have a focus on strong analytical capabilities to drive high velocity and high quality hiring. Additionally, you will champion for the employer brand, effectively communicate the company's mission, values, and unique value proposition to candidates, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for any role
- Partner with VP, Directors, etc. to build world class organizations; be a strategic thought partner
- Define and drive process building through levels of ambiguity in a scrappy, fast paced environment
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
