Neutral Management Analyst / Jr Attorney - Long Term 9-12 months

Description

The Neutral Management Analyst is a paralegal/attorney who will perform the management level review of our arbitrator applications. After the application is processed by administrative staff, the Management Reviewer reviews the work of the administrative staff. The Reviewer analyzes the information the applicant supplied along with information from the background check, CRD, Internet searches, etc. The Management Reviewer determines whether the applicant can be classified under FINRA rules and makes a recommendation to our external review board regarding whether to approve or deny the application.

A JD and some statutory interpretation experience is preferred. A background in securities arbitration is helpful.
