E-commerce/Retail Specialist

The E-commerce/Retail Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing e-commerce platforms and brick-and-mortar operations. This position focuses on data analysis, marketing strategy implementation, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The specialist works closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize both online and in-store revenue.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Platform Management:

  • Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and current.
  • Oversee platform integrations with third-party tools, including inventory management systems, payment gateways, and customer relationship software.

Online & Retail Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales and profitability for both online and in-person channels.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Act as a client liaison, ensuring effective communication and the success of marketing campaigns.

Product Listings and Optimization:

  • Ensure all product images and videos meet high-quality standards and effectively highlight product features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong computer skills overall.
