LHH is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience supporting executive leadership. This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately recorded and organized.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various reports and data analysis.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging necessary resources.
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience supporting executive leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
