Administrative Assistant @ Coppell, TX


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating administrative functions, and assisting multiple teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as administrative support to multiple leaders.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform calendar management tasks for the senior leaders they support.
  • Manage confidential, time-sensitive internal and external communications.
  • Create and maintain distribution lists for announcements and distributions
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Assist senior leaders and team with presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, ordering and replenishing as needed.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries.


Qualifications & Skills

? Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent.

? Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

? Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with office management systems a plus.

? Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Professionalism & Confidentiality: Ability to interact professionally with employees, leadership, and clients while handling sensitive information discreetly.

? Problem-Solving & Initiative: A proactive approach to challenges and the ability to work independently.
