Job Title: Site Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX 77079

End-Client: Large Energy Company

Pay: $30 - $34.31/hr.

Job Type: 6 -month contract role with possibility to extend!!


Role Synopsis:

The Workplace Services Support provides support to the company’s Houston corporate office, including interfacing with top executives, administrative staff, and common core areas of high traffic socialization. This role is required to interact frequently with important visitors to the Houston office, and each visitor should easily understand our dedication to creating a positive experience during their visit.

Candidates must be able to work under pressure at all times to handle a wide variety of activities including confidential meetings with discretion. The incumbent must work to resolve matters in timely matter and create and co-exist in a welcoming environment.


Key Accountabilities:

Be a constant presence in the day-to-day operation of our business by providing the highest level of hospitality service to staff and visitors.

Work closely with the Workplace Services Team to meet the needs of the people in the office and maintain a safe working environment.

Work closely with vendors providing goods and services to our business to help ensure timely and quality delivery, including escorting vendors for onsite repairs & maintenance.

Manage FedEx account and serve as backup for outgoing mail needs (labels, packaging, maintaining mail supplies)

Source and stock all café items for coffee and tea service.

Source and stock all copiers/supply rooms with office supplies.

Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the office and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed, including working with the cleaning crew to maintain a clean office building.

Complete monthly AED check and report to the company’s HSE. Maintain first aid kit supplies.

Assist with in-office signage needs (printing, posting, removing – including Labor Law board requirements via HSE and Legal).

Serve as the point person for hospitality-related inquiries and work diligently to help provide answers to the same, including supporting Employee Experience team with onsite events (community lunch, event ticket distribution, etc.).

Maintain detailed and timely records of office supply purchases.

Complete tasks associated with moves, adds, and changes with physical office/desk assignments.

Take on other duties as assigned and as arise in support of the company’s energy success.


Essential Education:

5+ years of corporate workplace experience required.
