• Connect with and source accounting and finance professionals at all levels, identifying, vetting, and building relationships throughout the South FL community.
• Strategize around target profiles and client needs to ensure a high level of success placing quality candidates across various industries.
• Network with soon-to-be and current leaders within the market to stay up-to-date with trends, changes, updates and economic developments.
• Opportunity to have ownership over the recruitment process from start to finish and provide consultative recommendations to clientele.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales or accounting/finance experience
• Based in South Florida
• Motivated and committed to learning, developing, and mastering the art of recruitment
