EXOS Talent is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for our Recruiting Manager role. As Recruiting Manager, you will oversee the recruitment team, driving successful hiring strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational needs. This role will focus on leading a team of recruiters to ensure effective sourcing, screening, and hiring processes, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, be results-oriented, and have a passion for developing team members.
What You Will Do
Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, morale, and productivity.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to support growth and development.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and inclusive work environment.
- Provide ongoing training to new hires and existing staff.
Recruitment Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet organizational goals and address evolving talent needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to stay ahead in sourcing and hiring.
Recruiting
- Assist in recruiting for internal needs organizationally.
- Supplement external recruiting efforts as needed.
Process Oversight :
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Manage workload distribution and optimize team resources to meet hiring demands.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience.
Liaison
- Collaborate closely with internal team members along with external stakeholders to understand client needs and set realistic hiring goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members to ensure alignment and proactive resolution of any recruitment challenges.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Track, analyze, and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Talent Acquisition Innovation :
- Champion new recruiting technologies and tools to enhance sourcing capabilities and improve hiring workflows.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment practices and hiring processes.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies, including proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing methods.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and recruitment metrics.
