Job Description

About the Role:

As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, customer service teams, and end-users to craft and enhance high-quality documentation. You will play a key role in articulating new products and features, shaping the content landscape for tools and platforms that have a meaningful impact on users worldwide. If you’re passionate about reaching a diverse audience—ranging from individual developers to teams at leading global companies—this role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference.

In addition to developing content, you will contribute to creating code snippets and user guides that help customers unlock the full potential of the product. With a growing user base, your work will often serve as the first point of contact for many new users, shaping their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine product documentation, including help content, technical guides, and user manuals, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and project leads to translate complex product information into clear, practical, and user-friendly content.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to document new features and updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create and maintain concise, accessible, and engaging documentation that enhances the overall user experience.
  • Produce and update code snippets and guides to support users in utilizing product features effectively.
  • Ensure all documentation stays current, reflecting the latest product developments and features.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical writing, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation platforms (e.g., Notion) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Experience or interest in industries such as risk management, artificial intelligence, or financial technology is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
