Pride Health is hiring a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to support our client’s medical facility based in Sweetwater, Texas . This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients on the unit during the shift.
• Responsible for meeting the established standards of practice for Med/Surg in managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
• Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments to ensure effective patient care and collaboration.
• Cares for patients across all age groups, including infants, children, adolescents, and adults.
• Ensures high-quality patient care by adhering to policies, procedures, and best practices within the Med/Surg unit.

Qualifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• ATT (Advanced Trauma Technician)
• Currently Active Texas License

Schedule: 3x12 – Night – 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Pay Range: $50 to 51 per hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
