Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company that is looking to bring on an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator on either a direct hire or contract to hire basis. Our client is in the manufacturing industry and uses Great Plains as their ERP system. The company is 100% on site. Below are the duties and responsibilities for the position:


Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle accounts payable (matching, batching, and coding)
  • Experience working with Purchase Orders
  • New vendor management
  • Process invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure invoices are properly coded
  • Provide internal and external customers with invoices detail on an as needed basis


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience is required
  • Associates degree is desired or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in an accounts payable department in the manufacturing industry is required
  • Prior experience with Great Plains and intermediate excel skills are desired
  • Prior experience working with Purchase Orders is required
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is required
