LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company that is looking to bring on an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator on either a direct hire or contract to hire basis. Our client is in the manufacturing industry and uses Great Plains as their ERP system. The company is 100% on site. Below are the duties and responsibilities for the position:
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle accounts payable (matching, batching, and coding)
- Experience working with Purchase Orders
- New vendor management
- Process invoices on a weekly basis.
- Ensure invoices are properly coded
- Provide internal and external customers with invoices detail on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience is required
- Associates degree is desired or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience working in an accounts payable department in the manufacturing industry is required
- Prior experience with Great Plains and intermediate excel skills are desired
- Prior experience working with Purchase Orders is required
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is required
