LHH is working with a corporate client in seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal executives and managers.
- Assist with the organization and management of paper and electronic documents, including closing binders and corporate records.
- Coordinate legal projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Manage and maintain accurate legal files and databases.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in corporate law, supporting legal executives and managers.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination.
- Paralegal Certification required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing both paper and electronic documents.
- Familiarity with corporate legal documents and processes.
- Paralegal Certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
