Covelo Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Antelope, CA. Work in a school-based setting, supporting students with behavioral challenges and helping them achieve their educational goals.

_*What You’ll Do as an RBT:*_
* Work one-on-one or in small groups with K-12 students based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEP) or 504 plans.
* Assist students in managing their behavior to enhance their learning experience.
* Promote positive behaviors, set clear boundaries, and create a supportive classroom environment.
* Track and report on students’ progress toward achieving IEP/504 goals.

_*What You’ll Bring:*_
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Prior ABA experience with children in home, facility, or school settings (preferred but not required).
* CPI certification (preferred but not required).
