*OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST *

*Metro Chicago Hospital seeks full time OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST for*
*Outpatient Adult Clinic.*

*Monday-Friday clinic is near south suburbs clinic.*

*Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:*
* Occupational Therapist will provide direct screening, assessment, consultation, and treatment services for Outpatient adults.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records, billing, schedules and other paperwork as required.
* Demonstrate flexibility and responsibility to assist when staff is absent and or workload fluctuates.
* Additional duties as assigned.

*Occupational Therapist Schedule: *
* 5 days/wk. Monday-Friday. No weekends or evenings.

*Occupational Therapist Qualifications:*
* Occupational Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
* Occupational Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation
* OT must have relevant experience with outpatient adults. Not suitable for new graduate.
* Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.

*Occupational Therapist Compensation:*
* Competitive salary starts at $45/hr or more depending on credentials and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more. Medical, dental, vision, and legal services plans available. Short and long term disability optional, life insurance and 401k plan. PTO is accrued as is sick time. Continuing education/licensure funds offered. Some benefits available to part time employees.
