Job Description:  You will play a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, delivering food and beverages to guests, and assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the bar lounge.

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing empty glasses, plates, and utensils while maintaining a neat and tidy appearance of the dining area.
• Assist servers and bartenders in delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Refill water glasses and assist with pre-bussing and bussing tables as needed to facilitate a smooth dining experience for guests.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar lounge, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless coordination of service and prioritize tasks based on guest needs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces and support special events and promotions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser, runner, or similar role in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
