Job Description:  You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable dining and drinking experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the bar lounge and seat them at their tables or at the bar.
• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items, specials, and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and input them into the POS system.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar lounge, including clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring that the bar area is well-stocked.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Understanding and knowledge for alcohol service compliance.
