HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Your Role: * Is responsible for the daily oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed staff members in the provision of safe and effective home health care (HHC) services. * Participates in orientation, clinical documentation reviews, home supervisory visits, class instruction, and care conferences. * Performs other duties (as assigned). Supervises: * Occupational Therapist HHC [JC: 023502] * Physical Therapist HHC [JC: 022502] * Physical Therapist/Flex [JC: 225402] * Speech Therapist HHC [JC: 028302] * Registered Nurse (RN)/Clinical Nurse HHC [JC: 034003] * Occupational Therapy Assistant HHC [JC: 043902] * Physical Therapy Assistant HHC [JC: 041702] * HHC Aide [JC: 072105] * Social Worker/MSW HHC [JC: 245802] WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education: * Associate degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school Preferred Education: * Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school Required Experience: * Two (2) years of home health nursing experience Preferred Experience: * Clinical supervisory experience in a home health agency. * Ability to follow work process flows. * Excellent organizational skills. Required Certification/License/Registry: * Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]. * Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited American Heart Association (AHA) instructor. * Florida Class "E" driver license. * NOTE: Incumbent will be operating a personal or TMH vehicle. A valid driver's license and driving record that meets or exceeds the requirements of the organization's current vehicle insurance carrier is required. All certificates and licenses must be kept current as a condition of continued employment.
