As an accountant with 3-5 years' experience, you will gain high visibility, work directly with VPs, and play a crucial role in the financial reporting for our wealth management companies. Our team handles all financial reporting and analysis of a FINRA regulated broker dealer and investment advisor. What You'll Do: Daily accounting, monthly financial statement analysis and capital computation. Quarterly reporting, including preparation and filing the FINRA Focus reports and annual audited financial statements. Maintaining/updating the quarterly wealth management forecast models. Validation of wealth management commission data. Work with internal and external auditors to support the year-end audit of the broker dealer. Daily calculation of unit values, trade communications and balancing of our subaccounts as needed. Assistance with special projects; including adding carriers to commission systems, building analytical reports, and consolidating processing.
