Certification Details ACLS BLS Job Details Registered Nurses in Special Procedures are responsible for pre and postoperative assessment, intra procedural monitoring and assisting providers deliver exceptional care. Teaching - Employs teaching strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Planning - Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes. Implementation - Implements care and supervises care delivered by other team members in alignment with the plan of care and approved safety and infection control standards. Takes call after hours as assigned. Job Requirements ADN (Required) ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support W/I 90 Days BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Experience with Gastroenterology, Pulmonology and/or Conscious Sedation preferred but not required.
