  • This req is to extend current traveler for 13 weeks, starting on 02/02/2025 - 05/03/2025 and ending on a Saturday.
  • Current assignment dates: 11/04/2024 - 02/01/2025
  • 36 hrs/wk, Rotating Day/Night based on unit needs (most needs are on days), 12 hr shifts, every other weekend rotation and some holidays.
  • Experience: Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.
  • General Internal Medicine (F6/5) is a fast-paced medical unit that offers challenging and rewarding nursing opportunities.
  • We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional environment that fosters and values collaboration, respect, and education.
    Job Requirements
  • Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
  • Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start (not for clinic positions).
  • Facility Requirement: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
  • Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization.
    Schedule Information
  • 36 hrs/wk, Rotating Day/Night based on unit needs (most needs are on days), 12 hr shifts, every other weekend rotation and some holidays.
    Unit Specific Information
  • 28-bed acute care unit focused on high-quality patient care and medical education.
    Additional Details
  • Required per Vaya standard.
  • Current/valid Drivers License required if driving is requirement of the position. Required for Dialysis. Check Unit Description to determine if required for any other positions.
  • Required for clinical positions only. Must be issued by American Heart Association (AHA). Renewals: Certificates of Completion/Attestation showing proof that renewal was completed will be accepted and allow candidate to continue working while they wait for a copy of their new card.
