Family Practice Physician for the LGBTQ+ Community

About the Opportunity: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our team at our new state-of-the-art facility. Primary care clinic providing care to the broader LGBTQ+ community and those at high risk for HIV.

Facility Features:

• New facility will feature 18 exam rooms, high-tech and telehealth equipment, huddle and work rooms, procedure rooms, an on-site pharmacy, and ultrasound capabilities.
• Warm, collaborative work environment with a robust support team.
• EMR System: eClinicalWorks.
• Located in a medically underserved area on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis, serving a mix of in-person and telehealth patients statewide.
• Close to downtown Indianapolis, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, cultural attractions, and professional sports.
• Situated in a family-friendly city with excellent public, private, and charter school options, including language immersion programs.

Schedule and Work Environment:

• Clinic Hours: 4 1/2 day work week
• 6 hours per week of administrative time.
• No call or weekend responsibilities (calls managed by a service).
• Visa sponsorship is available.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Competitive Base Salary
• Student Loan Repayment: Qualifies for federal loan repayment programs.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 150 hours in the first year, increasing to 195 hours in the second year (60-day notice required for PTO; coverage arranged in advance).
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): $2,500 and 5 days annually.
• Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered.
• Retirement Plan: 5% employer contribution to 403(b).
• Comprehensive benefits package, including fertility services.
