We are Seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX .
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure that that customer service is delivered in an effective and efficient manner each and every day. The Customer Service Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and is regarded as the "Director of First Impressions" for the company.
How You Will Contribute

  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office on a daily basis.
  • Receive, direct and triage telephone and fax messages in a timely and efficient manner to the appropriate team members.
  • Take receipt of mail and packages on a daily basis and process in a timely and efficient manner according to the guidelines provided to include a date stamp on all correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conference and conference telephone calls.
  • Make preparations for visitors and special events.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory on all office and kitchen supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment related to this area.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment as instructed.
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Contributes to overall team effort by ensuring open and constant communication.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with basic computer skills/software.
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
