We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support for our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our ERP software, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Pay rate: $23-$26/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree
2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably with ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP software and its functionalities.
