Dallas Area . This role will require work to be completed 100% Onsite .

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Controls & Automation Engineer to design, program, and implement control systems for industrial automation projects. You will work with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) , PLC programming , and SCADA to optimize production and ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Program control systems for automation projects.
• Deploy MES to improve production workflows.
• PLC programming from scratch (Rockwell Logix, RSLogix).
• Integrate systems and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
• Create documentation (SOPs, system specs, test plans).
• Provide on-site support during startup, commissioning, and training.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years in industrial automation and control system design.
• Experience deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) .
• Expertise in PLC programming (Rockwell Logix, RSLogix).
• Proficient in SQL , SCADA , and industrial manufacturing processes.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• IT mindset with a focus on integration.
• Experience with Wonderware , VFD setup , and AutoCAD .
• Knowledge of OSHA , NEC , and UL 508A standards.
