Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and text, delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service roles.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to deliver a great customer experience consistently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
