Overview:

Pivot Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Sterling, VA. A minimum of 6 months of experience is required for the Clinic Manager role. This position operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Candidates with 32 hours of availability will be considered. Staff-level PT positions are also available for new graduates with no prior experience.

Caseload Productivity:

• Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting
• Treat patients of all ages to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility
• Provide a mix of managerial responsibilities and direct patient care
• Treat a variety of cases, including pre-op, post-op, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and workers compensation

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
• Eligible for Virginia state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Team player focused on building relationships with patients, staff, and the community
• 6 months of experience required for the Clinic Manager role
• No experience required for Staff-Level PT positions
• Full-time availability required for the Clinic Manager role; candidates with 32 hours will be considered
• Full-time preferred for Staff-Level positions; candidates with 20 hours and the ability to work until 7 PM two evenings per week will also be considered
