Position Overview:

Midwest Orthopaedic Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in an Outpatient Orthopedic role at our Pekin, IL location. Candidates have the option to split time between Pekin and Peoria clinics based on personal preference. While full-time candidates are preferred, applicants with 24+ hours of availability per week will also be considered.

Caseload:

You will treat a diverse range of orthopedic diagnoses, including non-operative sports medicine, acute and subacute, post-operative care, total joint, and spine cases. Our patient population spans all age groups, providing a unique opportunity for varied and impactful work. We maintain 1:1 patient careno double bookingsand full-time therapists typically see 11-12 patients per day. Youll work alongside PTAs in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Whether you're a seasoned professional or a new grad, we ensure a supportive atmosphere where you'll feel confident and capable.

Schedule Hours:

Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Your actual work schedule will be determined based on your availability and clinic needs. No weekends or holidays required.

Compensation Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience. New grads can expect a starting salary around $65,000, with increased compensation for more experienced candidates.

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)
