ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Location: Home Care, Columbus, IN 47201
Type: Full-time, Part-time, or PRN (Minimum of 18 hours and 3 weekdays of availability required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings in the Columbus, IN area. This role offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work full-time, part-time, or PRN, with a minimum requirement of 18 hours of direct patient care per week. The therapist will primarily work with the geriatric population and provide Medicare Part B services.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Eligibility for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Availability to work a minimum of 18 hours of direct patient care per week.
• Regular and consistent weekly availability required, including 3 weekdays.
• Strong professionalism, accuracy, and dependability.
• Passion for providing creative, evidence-based care.
• New graduates are welcome and will receive support and mentorship.
• For PRN positions, prior experience is preferred.
