Position Overview:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in the Commack, NY area. This role involves providing outpatient therapy in home-based settings, primarily to the geriatric population. Candidates can work full-time, part-time, or PRN, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
