*Duration:* 13 weeks (with possibility of extension)

*Guaranteed Hours:* 36 hours/week
*Overtime:* After 40 hours
*Local Pay Rate:* $50/hr (If permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

*Pay Details:*
* *Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2):* $55.00
* *Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:* $1,980.00
* *Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:* $22.00
* *Minimum Hourly Stipend:* $33.00

*Requirements:*
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Med/Surg
* ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
* Valid RN License
