*16 week assignment with potential to extend. New unit opening 04/01 open 7 days/wk (daily coverage). Training for 2-3 wks prior. Resources will work 5 days/wk on a rotating schedule including holidays/weekends. HS diploma/GED (R). Associates in nutrition, or related Food Service field or equivalent, related work exp (R). Food Safety Cert (R). Min 1 yr related exp (R). Knowledge of computers (R). Good math, communication & interpersonal skills*
