*The Role*

As a Tax Manager, you will lead the tax department in providing exceptional service to a diverse client base, including nonprofits, medical practices, law firms, construction, entertainment, and manufacturing industries.

*Your key responsibilities will include:*
* Tax preparation and compliance for individual and business (S Corp and Partnership) tax returns.
* Providing strategic tax planning and legislative updates for clients.
* Leading client communications and problem-solving efforts.
* Managing and mentoring team members to support their professional development.

*What We’re Looking For:*
* 5+ years of experience in public accounting.
* Proven expertise in preparing individual and business tax returns.
* Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
