- A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced ICU nurse for a travel assignment.
- The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.
- Must pass a dysrhythmia exam upon acceptance (2 max attempts) and there is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day 1 of orientation.
- COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD.

Additional Details

- Dysrhythmia Exam through UNA is required 24-48hrs prior to signing contract. MAX ATTEMPTS IS 2 - NO EXCEPTIONS, NO 3rd ATTEMPT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.
- If they do not pass in 2 attempts, they will be a DNU for CSH AZ and CSH Sacramento for 6 months.
- There is a PASS/FAIL Sim Lab on day 1 of orientation. If they fail they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months.
