Job Details
- The right candidate MUST HAVE A FULL 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE and hold an active BLS, ACLS and an AZ license or compact license.
- Travelers could also float to the sister facility, Chandler Regional, as needed.
- COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation AND hospital approval.
- A dysrhythmia exam is required prior to start (2 max attempts) and a pass/fail Sim Lab is required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions).

Schedule Information
- Start times vary depending on shift (traveler needs to be flexible).
- Day/Mid shift: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 10a-10p, 11a-11p, 12p-12a, 1p-1a
- Night Shift: 3p-3a, 5p-5a, 7p-7a
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Must do 2 of 3 holidays during the holiday season.
Additional Details

- There is a PASS/FAIL Sim Lab on day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions).
- Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2.
