What You'll Get:

• Part-time position with the flexibility to choose your shifts
• Paid Training: Start at $8/hour as an Entry-level SpinNerd. Upon completion, earn $10 - $12/hour + Commission, Bonuses, and Benefits
• Flexible Shifts: Morning, evening, weekend, and night shifts are available based on your schedule
• Personalized Mentorship: Guidance from industry experts to help you achieve your career aspirations
• Talent Development: Support for up-and-coming leaders in staff and role placements to aid in our company's expansion

Compensation:

• $8 per hour during the 6-week training period
• $10 - $12 + Commission and Bonuses upon training completion

•Create a fun and welcoming job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized facility
•Be a part of changing the way people think about laundry
•Build strong customer relationships within our communities by providing an excellent customer service experience
•Greet, Help, Thank our customers
•Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions along with any customer issues
•Maintain a great visual presentation of our merchandise
•Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers
•Follow our company policies and procedures
•Comply with our uniform dress code
•Prioritize both customer and associate safety
•Report in a timely manner all equipment, machines, and building maintenance opportunities
•Opportunity to get involved with nonprofit organizations and schools' football teams as we invest in our communities
