Overview:
The Guest Services Representative projects a positive image for patients, families, and visitors to Parkview Community Hospital at the front desk. Able to do multiple tasks, interface with volunteers services and communicate effectively with hospital staff.
Responsibilities:
Handles all inquiries from patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner. Directs and escorts patients and visitors to their appropriate destination, is aware of their purpose at the hospital so needs can be met.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Computer knowledge. Good organizational skills required. Excellent communication skills, strong customer service background required. Bi-lingual preferred. Professional attire required.
