Duties and Responsibilities for Customer Service and Development Representative:
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, and their applicants, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide information about products and services, including pre-employment integrity assessments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications for Customer Service and Development Representative: - Familiar with multi-line and VOIP phone systems
- Comfortable with Microsoft products (outlook, Teams, word, Excel, etc)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
