Tiello has partnered with a growing and thriving Structural Steel/Misc Metals Fabricator and Contractor in the Phoenix, AZ region in their search for a Field Superintendent.

Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing multiple projects and manpower from start to finish, including scope and scheduling, and ensuring project teams have access to the most current information.

Job Title: Field Superintendent

Project Types: Large commercial and industrial

Responsibilities:

• Work with GC on building relationships
• Works with the PM Team on all items and aspects of the Project for a positive flow Coordinate tracking and distribution of equipment and manpower
• Review project scope, contract, and drawings to have a complete understanding of project requirements
• Responsible for all field employee reviews. Responsible for all field-related job costs and overruns.
• Coordinates with field installation crew to ensure all site schedules are met, all product is provided to field in a timely fashion all equipment is available,
• Work with the GC to ensure all installation requirements are met prior to mobilizing field crew to the site

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 8+ years Structural Steel/Misc. Steel experience in the structural steel industry or similar field
• Experience as a fabricator or erector in the structural steel industry
• Strong computer and communication skills required/Must have basic understanding of TEKLA program to review production assembly status in the shop
