In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Position: General Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the branch portfolio to increase revenue.
• Estimates & Proposals: Prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals for projects, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and aligning with customer expectations.
• Branch Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, effective customer interaction, and alignment of team performance with company goals.
• Financial Accountability: Control project margins by monitoring costs, managing purchase orders, and minimizing overtime to maximize profitability.
• Safety Leadership: Implement and enforce all safety protocols, focusing on fall protection and OSHA compliance to ensure the safety of the crew.
• Hands-On Support: Provide on-site leadership, troubleshoot issues, and step in as needed to maintain project momentum and meet quality standards.
• Team Development: Develop branch staff by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, and mentoring associates.
• Fleet & Driver Management: Ensure that all drivers maintain a clean MVR while managing fleet operations. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided for efficient site management and transportation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in branch management, including at least 3 years in a management role within the commercial roofing industry.
• Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Financial Oversight: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and maintaining profitability.
• Roofing Knowledge: Familiar with commercial roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and built-up roofs.
• Safety Compliance: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for client management.
