Position Overview/Responsibilities for the OCM Specialist:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist ensures change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. The incumbent will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structure. Work involves developing and implementing change management plans; developing and executing communication plans and initiatives; facilitating meetings, special events, and/or training; and analyzing various metrics related to change initiatives.
Required Skills for the OCM Specialist:
- 5+ years’ experience in people management, change management, or human resources as an OCM Specialist.
- Experience managing the people side of change in technology projects or other large-scale change initiatives.
- Professional experience conducting stakeholder interviews to make recommendations, delivering written communications/developments, and working supporting all levels of employees (entry level to c-suite)
