Position: Construction Project Manager

Pay range: $95k - $100k

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is sourcing for a Project Manager specializing in Building Automation & Building Management Systems for a large energy management and engineering automation company. This organization is responsible for working directly with end customers to lead project teams to develop solutions that align with the new project buildings, existing builds, and retrofit stages. You will do this by visiting the construction sites like commercial buildings, data centers, and industrial facilities, etc. Your responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating project contract documents, approved sales estimates, partnering with subcontracting and vendors, along with being customer-facing. This position follows the hybrid model, requiring both onsite and remote work, working a standard 40 hours/week. Compensation for this position is $95-$100k base per year annually, with the opportunity to earn a 10% bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of experience in the controls industry, with 3 years of experience as a Project Manager

• Experience being customer facing and having conversations surrounding resource scheduling, contractual procedures, and subcontract negotiation & administration

• Advanced understanding of HVAC control systems, Building automation & Management systems • Obtains leadership experience & skills
