Job Summary

This position supports the transfer of medical devices from the Lakeland, Florida manufacturing plant to facilities in Chandler, Arizona, and Tijuana, Mexico. The role focuses on product design, ensuring compliance with original validations rather than manufacturing processes. Primary responsibilities include researching product validation Design History File (DHF) information to confirm new manufacturing lines meet all requirements. Attention to detail and evaluative judgment will be critical for analyzing factual information and ensuring successful transitions.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and analyze product validation Design History File (DHF) information.
• Ensure new manufacturing lines meet all requirements to maintain compliance with original validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product design activities during the transfer process.
• Apply knowledge of medical product validation and manufacturing processes to address potential design challenges.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical product validation or similar roles.
• Familiarity with medical device Design History Files (DHF) and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make data-driven evaluative judgments.

Terms

• 11 month contract
• On-site in Lakeland, FL
• Must be able to work on a W2
• Pay rate: $55-65/HR ($110,000-130,000 annually, based on experience)
