Quality Process Engineer

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for optimizing manufacturing processes? Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to take charge of quality and process engineering for extrusion, laboratory, and machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects to maximize capacity and minimize costs.
• Provide technical support across production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support plant safety efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, automotive standards, and technical project management.

Work Environment:

Split time between office (50%) and plant floor (50%), with exposure to operating machinery.
