Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IAM Developer to join our Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert, responsible for developing and implementing authentication flows, managing application integrations, and providing high-level support for IAM systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive technical roadmaps and ensure the security and efficiency of our IAM solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong development experience in Java/J2EE and JavaScript, along with extensive knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise-level IAM solutions while contributing to the organization's security infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement authentication flows and IAM solutions for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps for core IAM solutions
• Define and maintain IAM policies and procedures
• Lead program design, testing, debugging, and documentation efforts
• Implement new requirements and integrate user experience considerations
• Provide Level 4 support for IAM systems
• Lead proof of concept initiatives and product selection
• Manage relationships with technical vendors
• Support junior IAM personnel recruitment and onboarding
• Facilitate adoption of latest authentication and authorization protocols

Required Experience/Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management
• 5+ years of experience with multi-factor authentication platforms
• 5+ years of experience with authentication/authorization solutions and directory platforms
• Extensive experience in Third Party integrations using SAML
• Strong development experience in Java/J2EE and JavaScript
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven troubleshooting abilities for IAM-related issues
• Experience with Agile practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with CloudWatch, RockMon, AppDynamics, DataDog, and Elk Kibana
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
• Experience with ForgeRock implementation on SAAS
• Expertise in ForgeRock AM, DS, IG, IDM, and Active Directory

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $73-75/hour (W2)
• No overtime available
• No travel required

• Two rounds of video interviews via MS Teams
• Round 1: 30-minute screening
• Round 2: 30-minute technical interview
