Job Description

Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in electronics assembly solutions and specialty chemicals. With a century-long legacy of innovation and a portfolio spanning automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics markets, they're seeking a versatile Process Engineer to join their growing team.

About Our Client: Our client is a NYSE-listed specialty chemicals company whose assembly solutions division provides critical materials for electronic assembly processes worldwide. They serve diverse sectors including automotive electrification, 5G infrastructure, and medical devices, with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.

The Opportunity: This role is perfect for a "universal player" in manufacturing - someone who can handle multiple aspects of the production environment. While you don't need to be the deepest expert in any single area, you'll need to be skilled across various disciplines to tackle whatever challenges arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assembly materials
  • Handle both CAD design work and hands-on equipment modification
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues in real-time
  • Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software
  • Experience with electronic assembly processes
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with both design work and shop floor activities

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive base salary with performance bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 9 paid holidays plus PTO
  • Career development and training opportunities
