The Opportunity:
As HR Generalist at their Toppenish, WA location, you'll be a key member of a collaborative three-person HR team supporting both facilities. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support, allowing you to make a significant impact while having the guidance of experienced HR leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner for approximately 60 employees, providing support and guidance on HR practices and policies
- Lead bilingual (Spanish/English) communications, including translating company meetings and documentation
- Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, WPFML)
- Process bi-monthly payroll using Paylocity
- Participate in safety initiatives and workers' compensation management
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee development programs ?
What You'll Need:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) - Required
- SHRM-CP certification - Required (case-by-case flexibility for exceptional candidates)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, OR 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all organizational levels
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
