As the Regional HR Director, you will shape and implement the regional HR strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. This critical leadership role spans the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and compliance. As a strategic partner to the business, you will empower leaders and teams to excel through innovative and impactful HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Design and execute a Regional HR strategy in harmony with global initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering strategic counsel on all HR matters.
- Talent Management : Oversee talent lifecycle processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and career development. Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and advance top talent across the region.
- Employee Engagement : Lead efforts to cultivate an engaged workforce by implementing strategies that enhance employee experience and align with the organization’s values.
- Leadership Development : Create and facilitate impactful leadership development programs, equipping managers with the tools to lead effectively with accountability and integrity.
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to all labor laws and internal policies across federal, state, and local levels. Proactively manage HR risks while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- HR Operations : Manage core HR operations, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
- Change Management : Champion organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure teams adapt and succeed in a dynamic business landscape.
Candidate Profile
- Experience : 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing HR operations at a regional or global scale
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP are highly desirable.
